- prevent problems accessing your account if you no longer work at the agency you registered with using your work email
- ensure you can always access your account details if you forget your password
- allow PIER to contact you directly with any important policy updates, product upgrades or other information
The contact details you register with are not part of any public information displayed when you become qualified or shown on your agency profile.
