If you receive an email or notification that someone has requested to join your agency, you can approve or decline the request by following the steps below:
1. Log in to your PIER account at https://account.pieronline.org
2. Select My Agencies from the top menu
3. Select your agency
4. Scroll past your contact information and then click on the 3 vertical dots (ellipsis) menu on the right hand side (screenshot below), then select View invites/requests.
5. Approve or decline the request.
